Moving In January

So I got told that there will be an opening at a different group home more suited to me.  My team asked me if I wanted to move there.  I said yes and I'm very excited about this change up ahead!  I know the guys that live there and they're pretty cool.  It's a more independent house and I'm ready for that.  I look forward to playing video games with the guys there.  Life won't be perfect but I feel that it will be better.

I recently remastered a couple of my avant garde remix tracks to make them even better.  I also remastered my "Zombie Attack (dubstep version)" today.  It sounds pretty rad.

I have an idea for a dubstep version of "Trapped In A Pill" too.  I've laid down some stuff recently.  No vocals though.  We'll see what happens.

Early in this blog I said that if you make music for YOU somebody's got to like it, right!?
Well that's been true for me.  People like my stuff.  They also tell me what they think I could improve sometimes too.  This is good because it helps me improve my music.

Keep it real, homies!

Vacation And Things

Hello friends!  I recently went on a vacation with my Dad and Step-mom, Sally and we had a great time.  We went Though South Dakota and saw Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse.  Almost every evening we watched Big Bang Theory.  I saw my grandmother again and told her what I've been up to recently.  We took her with us to Idaho to see my half-sister and her family as well as my half-brother.  We ate well, having dessert every day and eating plenty.  We went to a place that did Brazilian food.  Delicious!  Another day I got to eat Cuban Corn thanks to my half-brother, Dave.  Really tasty stuff!  It's corn that you put mayo with herbs on then roll in cheese.  Damn straight!

I got to show my nephew how to make video games using the website, sploder.com
It was fun and he had such wacky ideas for games!  He's a smart cookie.

We all went to Triple Play amusement park.  I enjoyed laser tag, something I did for the first time there.  I also enjoyed playing mini-golf, telling jokes the entire game.  We did bowling too.  I sucked.
Last but not least was the Arcade.  That was fun too.  I won 200 tickets and got a pair of fuzzy dice.

I got lots of opportunities to play guitar and sing for everybody.  They noticed improvement in my playing.  It felt good to perform.

On the way home from vacation I made a music video to Techno Bass Crew's "All Aboard The Bass Train" and when I got back I published it.

My music is for sale online now:

Also I made the address for this blog shorter and easier to remember:
www.theprimalmusician.com

I feel like a guy with a lot to do and yet not.  This is because I always have so many ideas for projects and songs but doing them is not mandatory.  Doing them makes me feel accomplished.  The point to remember is that these are hobbies and I can take a break from them to do other things, like play video games and watch TV.  Relaxation is important.  Well thanks for reading folks have a great day!

TPM

Wasn't that video COOL!  Mark Applebaum is a genius!  I have been known to play a heatsink as a musical instrument so I think he and I are two of a kind.

I have had issues obsessing on my Luv$tep song.  Seeing all the imperfections and listening to it over and over.  Thankfully when time allows I am able to correct the imperfections and re-release the song.  Recording music is a lot of fun but doing high quality production is hard and so is high quality vocals.  I hope to be remembered for my music.  Not that I expect to die anytime soon.  (I'm only 23)  But still I think I'm pretty fly as a musical wangsta.  LOL not really a wangsta but I thought that would make y'all laugh.

I've talked with my mom, dad, & the rest of the team about me moving out of my group home and into an apartment.  It would be a welcomed change I think.  Things are good here but I would like the freedom of living alone.  I would also enjoy getting away from some of the annoying habits my housemates sometimes have.

The Primal Musician, TPM.  It's a pretty big deal.  Sort of an autobiography of my life though often neglected.  I'm glad I'm able to share drone tones, ethnic scales, guitar licks and more awesomeness with the world.  It also so happens that I have an account on soundcloud also called The Primal Musician.  On that account you can find an HD recording of the new "Luv$tep" song I have been dutifully refining.

I'm a creative guy.  Check out these creative youtube videos I put together!  The first 3 are comedy and the 4th is psychedelic.  Enjoy!
